If you could be a character from a book or film, who would you be? Why?

Game of Thrones. Brienne of Tarth. What an absolutely majestic character. In no way would I have hooked up with Jamie Lannister, though. The adoring Wildling would have been my lifemate. Imagine being with a guy and the whole time he’s thinking about his sister… (barf) No, not for me.

I envy her physical strength and nobility. She’s in the top 5 fighters in the realm, and her honesty and loyalty are renowned. It seemed that most of the nobility in that series were either stark raving mad, pure evil, or perverted in some way (which, honestly, tracks with our real history of nobility on earth). She somehow rose above all that to be just a solid human being. I like that.
